Mr. Patrick J. Mars – Chairman and Director. Mr. Mars is an independent consultant specializing in mine financing and analysis with over 30 years of experience in the investment industry. Between 1999 and 2001 he was Chairman and a Director of First Marathon Securities (UK) Ltd./NBC Financial (UK) Ltd. Mr. Mars has acted as Chairman, CEO, or Director for several public-traded mining companies and is currently director of Carpathian Gold, Endeavour Financial Corp, Aura Minerals Inc.,Selwyn Resources and Yamana Gold.

Mr. C. Nigel Lees – President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Lees is a founder and past director of TVX Gold Inc., a significant gold producer in North and South America, listed on the TSX and the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Lees has over 30 years experience in the Canadian investment industry and is currently a director of several publicly traded mining companies.

Mr. Peter Bojtos – Director since inception of the Corporation. Mr. Bojtos is a professional engineer with extensive experience in mineral development and production. Since 1996 following a successful career as CEO of several companies, Mr Bojtos serves on mining company boards as an independent director.

Mr. Geoffrey Gold - Director Geoffrey Gold is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation. With more than 13 years in the mining industry, Mr. Gold has extensive legal experience, both domestic and international. Previously, he was Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel for Placer Dome. Mr. Gold completed his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours) at the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in 1990. He also served approximately five years in private practice with the Vancouver law firm of Bull, Housser & Tupper

Mr. Christopher Westdal -Director Christopher Westdal is a former Canadian diplomat with 21 years of experience in the field, of which 16 years was spent heading Canadian Embassies, High Commissions and international delegations. Mr. Westdal was Ambassador to Russia (2003 to 2006), the United Nations in Geneva (1999 to 2003), Ukraine (1995 to 1998), South Africa (1991 to 1993) and Bangladesh and Burma (1982 to 1985). Prior assignments abroad included India and Nepal (from 1973 to 1975), responsible for Canadian International Development Agency (“CIDA”) programming and Tanzania (from 1970 to 1973), as a member of a University of Toronto economic advisory team. In Ottawa, he was Director General of the Foreign Ministry’s International Organizations Bureau from 1987 to 1991, Assistant Secretary at the Privy Council Office to the Cabinet Committee on Foreign Policy and Defence (1976-78, 1985-87), and Regional Director for East Africa at CIDA from 1978 to 1982. He is currently also a director of Silver Bear Resources Inc. Mr. Westdal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Johns College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba.

Mr. Gary Robertson - Director Mr. Robertson is a Certified Financial Planner. He has worked in the financial industry for the past twenty years, and presently serves on the board of several private companies as well as on the board of six Canadian junior gold mining companies, including Sage Gold Inc.

Mr William D. Love – Vice President, Business Development and Chief Geologist. Mr. Love is a geologist who has been involved in mineral exploration in Canada. He was also an institutional equity salesperson in London, England, for a Canadian brokerage firm. Mr. Love has spent the last fifteen years as a venture capitalist and a corporate finance specialist in a variety of resource and technology companies.

Mr. Arthur Hampson - Chief Financial Officer Mr. Hampson is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience at the CFO level with both public and private companies.

Mr. Michael Skutezky - Secretary and Legal Counsel - Mr. Skutezky was Assistant General Counsel of Royal Bank for 25 years focused on International Project financing based in Montreal and Toronto, in addition to working in Eastern Europe with Canadian Law Firms. He has recently formed his own professional corporation for the practice of law and is the principal of Rhodes Capital Corporation.

Advisory Council

Mr. Joe Baylis - Mr. Baylis brings over 23 years of domestic and international mining industry experience to the Company. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Manicouagan Minerals Inc. Mr. Baylis graduated with an LLB from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada.

Mr. Stephen Kay - Stephen Kay is a geologist with over 35 years of gold exploration and development experience. He has been President, CEO and a director of International Minerals Corporation, a TSX-listed emerging precious metals producer since 1993. He is currently also a director of the following listed companies: Ventura Gold Corp. (“Ventura”) (Executive Chairman and director); New Dimension Resources Ltd. (both Canadian companies) and Delta Mining and Exploration Corp. (a U.S. company).

Mr. Jesse Gill - Jesse Gill is a co-founder of TerraNova Partners, an alternative asset and private equity money manager. Mr. Gill is a Director and Vice President of KK Precision, ”), a Canadian manufacturer specializing in complex components and sub-assemblies for gas turbines serving the global energy, aerospace, marine and defense markets, and acts an Advisor to Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp. and Midlake Oil & Gas. Prior to TerraNova, Mr. Gill gained valuable experience in private and public investing and investment banking and advisory work at Credit Suisse First Boston (Financial Sponsor Coverage / Leveraged Finance investment banking group) and Littlejohn & Co. (a Greenwich, CT-based private equity fund). Mr. Gill currently spends his time split between Toronto and New York. Mr. Gill holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University
