The Clist Lake Property is situated approximately 200 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario, south of Jellicoe and south of Clist Lake.  The Property straddles the boundary between the southern margin of the Wabigoon Subprovince and the northern edge of the Quetico Subprovince.  The primary focus of  2010 exploration was  the McKenzie Showing located in the central part of the Property approximately 250m south of the subprovince boundary and 600 m south of Clist Lake.  Overburden stripping in 2009 opened an area of  250 x 10 m which was the focus for the Sept 2010 channel sampling. The results have indicate wide low-grade gold zones interspersed with thinner high-grade lenses including. There is an approximately 3 m wide zone containing visible gold that can be traced along strike for at least 10m.

The primary host to quartz-gold-tourmaline veins is a biotite-bearing sandy metasediment., intruded by minor pegmatite due to higher metamorphic grade. Strike is E-W and dips are  moderately to the north.  The gold-bearing veins, which are up to 50cm in width, typically contain 2-5% pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, galena and  arsenopyrite.  These veins are typically surrounded by  sericite-chlorite-silica-sulphide-bearing metasediments that can reach widths of 10 metres.

A second zone of sulphidized quartz-feldspar porphyry, tourmaline-bearing quartz veins and pyrite-arsenopyrite bearing quartz veins was discovered in October 2010,  100 m south. Sampling to date has yielded up to 3.14 g/T from a sulphidized porphyry.  Further exploration will require backhoe stripping.
